Same-Day Amazon Brand Registry Trademark Filings

We charge a flat fee of $745 for all work necessary in filing and prosecuting the trademark – which price includes the filing fees.* This is the lowest rate available for Brand Registry filings of which we are aware. This price covers all work necessary to push the trademark through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), including office action responses and client communication (but not appeals). Be prepared to provide us with the following information via email before calling: (1) The legal name of the trademark owner (you or your company) and contact information; (2) the trademark exactly as you want it to read and are using it, including hyphens and spaces; (3) an image of your logo if you are seeking stylized protection; (4) the approximate date you began to use the trademark commercially (the date can be estimated too late, but not too early); and (5) a photograph of your product, or product packaging, showing the trademark on a product you are selling.
It can be dangerous to try and file a trademark without counsel. Even if you succeed in getting the trademark registered, if you register on the Supplemental Register with the USPTO instead of the Principal Register, Amazon will revoke your Brand Registry status.
* Note: The filing fee for a trademark in the U.S. is $250. Attorneys who claim the filing fee is $350 are misrepresenting the costs to try and pocket the difference.
