Items Needed to Complete Your Filing

Before speaking with us, it is helpful if you can email the following items to info@brandregistryattorney.com, which we need to file your trademark(s) before inclusion in Amazon’s Brand Registry (and which streamlines the process for us both). After emailing us this information, please either call us to confirm we have it or ask us to call you in the email body. We try and return all missed calls within 45 minutes during normal business hours. If you email us this information, we will do a cursory clearance search of your trademark before discussing the filing.

Items Needed
Checklist Info. All information in the checklist downloadable here is needed before filing (including ownership information).
Specimen. A photograph of the trademark being used. This is more just an image of the logo. We need a photograph of the trademark on one of your products (or product packaging). In some cases, a website screenshot will work if it shows your product and the trademark being used to offer it for sale commercially together. More information about the specimen is in the downloadable checklist above.
Engagement Letter. The signed engagement letter downloadable here (this should either be signed and emailed back or an email sent to us saying it is accepted). This a contract hiring us. Please fill in your name in the blank space in the preamble (at top of the document).
Payment Form. The payment form with payment information is attached to the engagement letter on the last page. Please return the payment form with the engagement letter. The total fees are $745 for the first trademark filing, and $590 for each additional filing. This includes the filing fees.
